Crushing Stage

Main machines include drum wood chipper, comprehensive crusher, disc tree stump crusher. The drum wood chipper is a special equipment for producing wood chips. The machine consists of body, knife roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, conveyor belt, hydraulic system and other parts. The knife roller is equipped with two, four, or six flying knives. According to the different thickness and diameter of the material to be cut, the upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down within a certain range with the help of the hydraulic system. The body is welded with high-strength steel plate, which is the supporting foundation of the entire machine, foundation-free, saving funds and convenient and flexible.

Fine Powder Stage

Mainly includes multifunctional crusher, high-efficiency crusher. Pre-processing material requirements: wood chips no more than 2cm thick. Post-processing material range: wood chips less than 8mm. Working principle: material enters the hammer crusher from the feed inlet, collides violently with high-speed hammers, gets impacted into the acceleration zone, where particle velocity can be increased to near the end linear velocity of the hammers in a short time, and moves in a circular motion with the hammers. In the curved speed zone, a material ring flow layer is gradually formed while the material is further crushed, and the crushed material is discharged from the equipment outlet.

Drying Stage

Mainly single drum dryer, vacuum dryer, triple drum dryer. According to the original moisture content of the material and the required discharge moisture content, calculate the evaporation required and select the drum diameter and hot air furnace model. This stage mainly dries wood chips and sawdust with moisture content of 20%-60% to 10-18%, then proceed to the next stage.

Pelletizing Stage

Mainly vertical ring die pellet machine, producing pellet diameter range of 6-12mm. This stage is also the most core part of the entire production line.

Cooling Stage

Counterflow cooler. The pellets produced by the biomass pellet machine have a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius and need to be cooled to room temperature before packaging.

Packaging Stage

The pressed pellets need to be packaged before being sold to customers. According to requirements, our company uses automatic packaging machines, which have large packaging capacity and fewer manual workers, greatly reducing packaging costs. Generally, bag packaging (20-50kg/bag) or ton bags are used.
