Working Principle
During operation, materials directly fall into the working area between the pressure rollers and the die from the feed port. The large nut on the main shaft is adjusted to achieve the effect of tightening the pressure rollers. Cylindrical solid pellets are continuously formed at the bottom of the flat die template. The pellets continue to elongate until they are cut by the cutter assembled on the main shaft to reach the required length, and then centrifugally thrown out to the discharge port by the rotating disk of the main shaft. This completes the pellet pressing process.

Working Principle
