18mm Biomass (Waste Treatment) Large Hole Die
The compression ratio of the pellet machine ring die is determined based on the raw materials. Different raw materials have different compression ratios - the harder the raw material, the smaller the compression ratio; the more fluffy the raw material, the larger the compression ratio.

6.0mm-12.0mm Biomass Fertilizer Pellet Machine Die
Fertilizer formulas mainly consist of inorganic fertilizers, organic fertilizers, minerals, etc. Inorganic fertilizers in compound fertilizers, such as urea, are corrosive to ring dies, and ring die holes and inner cone holes are severely worn by minerals. Therefore, stainless steel 4Cr13 is suitable for ring die materials. Compound fertilizer ring die apertures are generally larger, ranging from 3.0-6.0mm, and due to the high friction coefficient, it is difficult to exit the holes.

6.0mm-12.0mm Wood Pellet Ring Die
The die aperture range for wood pellet materials is between 5.0-18.0mm, and the length-to-aperture ratio or compression ratio is between 1:4-1:10. The compression ratio of wood pellet machine ring dies is determined based on the raw materials. Different raw materials have different compression ratios - the harder the raw material, the smaller the compression ratio; the more fluffy the raw material, the larger the compression ratio. That is, the more fluffy the raw material, the easier it is to form, and the more fluffy the raw material contains more fiber, and materials with more fiber are easier to form.
